Registering for a Venue

NOTE – 6/21/20:  Registration is postponed at this time until attendance increases such that we start to exceed the social distanced seating layout of the main sanctuary

Due to social distancing requirements, the capacity of our worship center is going to be significantly reduced.  To insure we have enough seating for everyone, we will also seat people in Building B (gym) and – if needed – Building A (old sanctuary).  Those in buildings B and C can watch the service on a screen, but will have a host and live musical worship in their venue.

We are asking that those planning to worship in person with us on June 7th go to our church website ( or Facebook Events page to register.  When you register, you will choose which service (8:30 or 11), which venue (worship center, gym, or old sanctuary), and how many members of your household will be seated with you.  Once the registration for a venue fills up, we will update the website so you know to register for another venue or time.

See the video below for registration details:

  • In order to comply with social distancing guidelines, we will arrange the seating in each venue to insure 6 feet of separation between each household.
    • Members of the same household (those with whom you were quarantined) are asked to sit together.
    • Folks from other households are not allowed to sit with you in your seat grouping.
  • Because of the reduced seating capacity required for social distancing, there will be seating for worship in 3 venues.
    • Building C (main worship area)
      • Live worship
    • Building B (gym)
      • Worship streamed in and viewed on screen.
      • Worship team members will be on stage (in your venue) to lead musical worship.
    • If needed — Building A (old sanctuary / current youth building)
      • Worship streamed in and viewed on screen.
      • Worship team members will be on stage in your venue to lead musical worship.
  • Each worship venue will have a “venue host” who will assist with seating, answer questions, and help insure that social distancing policies are being followed.

Entering the Building

  • Which entrance you use will depend upon which venue you will be worshiping in.
    • Those worshiping in Building C (main worship center) will enter through the lobby (front or back doors).
    • Those worshiping in Building B (gym) will enter through the gym entrance on the west side of Building B.
    • Those worshiping in Building A (old sanctuary) will enter through the front entrance by the office area (old lobby).
  • Upon entering, a person from our health ministry will direct you to the sanitizing station where you can sanitize your hands.
    • If you have not already checked your temperature that morning, a health ministry member is available to check it for you with a touch-less thermometer. (Not mandatory)
  • We ask that you bring your own mask.  If you do not have a mask, we will have a limited number of masks available at each entrance.
  • You will then enter the worship venue where a member of our Connection Team will seat you for worship.
